QuickBooks Premier for Business Series

QuickBooks Premier for Business (Beginning)


THIS CLASS IS BEING OFFERED VIA ZOOM
A comprehensive “how to” course designed to get students comfortable with basic bookkeeping processes in QuickBooks. Class includes starting a new company including: developing a chart of accounts, adding customers, jobs, items and vendors. The bulk of the class will cover entering/paying for expenses, creating/receiving payment for invoices, recording bank deposits, entering credit card charges, reconciling bank/credit card accounts, and running reports. Prerequisite: This is a quick paced course, attendees must be comfortable working in a Windows environment and navigating within a menu. An understanding of basic accounting principles will be helpful. Consists of six two-hour Zoom sessions. Zoom access information will be provided upon payment for the class. Those enrolled must have QuickBooks installed on the computer they are using. Course materials will be e-mailed to you.

Quickbooks Premier for Business (Intermediate)


THIS CLASS IS BEING OFFERED VIA ZOOM
For those already using QuickBooks or have completed the Beginning Course and utilize the following processes within QuickBooks: Payroll, Inventory, Classes, Customized Templates. Those attending must currently be using a recent version of QuickBooks. Consists of three sessions. Zoom access information will be provided upon payment for the class. Those enrolled must have QuickBooks installed on the computer they are using. Course materials will be e-mailed to you.

When: Mondays and Wednesdays October 13 through October 20
Time: 4:30-6:30 p.m.

QuickBooks Online: Applying Desktop Procedures to the Online Platform


THIS CLASS IS BEING OFFERED VIA ZOOM
Designed for business owners and bookkeepers who understand the procedures of QuickBooks Desktop but want to utilize the ease and accessibility of QuickBooks Online, this course applies the information taught in QuickBooks basic to the online platform. This 2 hour class will review the different options available to subscribers, walk through how to navigate the platform and explore the possibilities and limitations the online platform provides as compared to Desktop versions.  Students taking this course should have a firm understanding of how to execute procedures in QuickBooks as the course is designed as an exploration of options, not a “how to” on procedures. Zoom access information will be provided upon payment for the class. Those enrolled must have QuickBooks installed on the computer they are using. Course materials will be e-mailed to you.

NOTE: These courses qualify for CCB Residential Continuing Education and LCB Continuing Education credit. RCC Small Business Development Center is responsible for the content of this course. Please advise the SBDC 541-956-7494 you are seeking continuing education credits so we can give you the proper documentation. This course can also be used to satisfy continuing education credits for massage therapy.
