Creating an Exceptional Customer Experience

It doesn't matter what industry you are in, the key to success is creating an exceptional customer experience! This class will give you the necessary tools and help you practice the steps of determining a customer's needs and meeting or exceeding them. Participants will work alone and in groups and will leave with a sound plan on how to improve the customer experience at their organization. Also, special focus will be given to dealing with an angry or irate customer.
Continuing Education Credits
All SBDC business courses are approved for continuing education credits for Construction Contractor Residential C/E, Landscape Contractor C/E and Massage Therapy C/E. You receive 1 CEU for each hour of class instruction. Please inform the SBDC when registering (541) 956-7494 if you need a certificate to document your CE credits so we can provide it at the end of your class.
The cost for this class is $60.
